Description
the box retains its original metalwork and is decorated with a variety of strange figures, flora and fauna typical of these boxes; where, as here, some figures are highlighted by the addition of gold to the lacquer, it was called ‘Barniz brilliante’. The piece is 16.1cms in width, 12cms tall and has a depth of 8.5cms.
